Refunds
Since this is a custom product made just for you, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges
• We have a 30 day exchange policy. We do not offer straight returns of any kind. If 15 days have gone by since USPS delivered your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
• Custom order goods are exempt from being exchanged.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if there is not a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned or refunded.
