The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at check out. We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out. The US Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. While Yoshirt cannot reroute items once they have been shipped, we are happy to change the shipping address on your order prior to shipping. Please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org concerning this issue as soon as possible.
Yoshirt is not responsible for reprinting items that are shipped to the address provided at checkout and shown as delivered, or in transit. (EX: If the customer requests a change to the delivery address after shipment.)
